Page count and depth
A solo operator or single-location business with a handful of pages sits near the bottom of the range. A business with multiple team members, service lines, or locations needs more pages, which means more design, copy, and SEO work.
Content complexity
Some sites just need clear service descriptions. Others need provider bios, detailed service breakdowns, pricing tables, or messaging that speaks to multiple audiences. More nuanced content takes more time to get right.
SEO surface area
A single-location business needs local SEO done well. A service-area business or a company with multiple locations needs a deeper SEO architecture, with the schema, page structure, and internal linking to match.
Integrations and special functionality
